By placing an order you indicate that you agree to our Terms and Conditions. The seller reserves the right to change its General Terms and Conditions in the interim, but the general terms and conditions at the time of the order are binding.
Cancellation of your order
Any order can be canceled within 24 hours after you have placed the order without penalty and without giving reasons, if not yet shipped. We request that you create and send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org, including order number. Your order cancellation will be confirmed by email. Once your cancellation request has been confirmed by us, you may consider it received.
If you have already paid the canceled order, the Seller will refund the amount paid within fourteen (14) days at the latest. If the order is canceled later than 24 hours after placing the order, the Seller is entitled to charge € 2.50 in administration costs.
Delivery takes place while stocks last. Seller aims to ship orders within one (1) week after receipt of payment. However, the Seller is not obliged to do so.
The latest delivery period is 30 days after placing the order, with the exception of orders where the customer has indicated that he wishes to receive them later. If it is not possible to deliver an order within 30 days, the customer will be informed about this in good time and he has the right to cancel his order free of charge.
Seller delivers worldwide.
The prices stated for the Products are in euros, including VAT and shipping costs. Before the agreement is concluded, the total price is reported via the Website. All Products are shipped via PostNL.
Payment of your order can be made in one of the following ways:
iDEAL & Credit card
You pay in your trusted payment environment and you are automatically redirected to the internet banking page of your own bank. You can then immediately transfer the amount of the order.
You can make a payment with your PayPal account.
Unless otherwise stated, after receipt of the Products, you have the right during a period of 7 working days to dissolve the Agreement by sending an email to email@example.com and to return the Products within the same period, without stating reasons. Any payments made will be returned within 14 days (minus the administration and shipping costs).
There is no right to a refund if the Product has been used and/or damaged or if the order has been opened and/or not returned in its original packaging. After the expiry of the approval period of 7 working days, the Agreement becomes a fact.
Retention of title
The ownership of the delivered Products only transfers if the Buyer has paid all that the Buyer owes to the Seller on the basis of the agreement(s) concluded with regard to the delivered products.
Liability During Shipping
Seller is not liable for loss or damage to the goods during shipment. In the unlikely event of a problem, we would like to hear about it and we will submit a complaint to PostNL, our carrier.
The Seller guarantees that the products it supplies meet the requirements of usability, reliability and lifespan as reasonably intended by the parties to the Agreement.
The seller reserves the right not to accept orders or assignments without stating reasons.
Images and specifications
All images, photos, drawings, data regarding weights, dimensions, colours, images of labels, etc. on the Website are only approximate, are indicative and cannot lead to compensation or termination of the Agreement. It is not allowed to copy images and/or texts from the Website without our permission.
Returning and exchanging items
We make every effort to inform you about the Products via our Website. Should a Product nevertheless not meet your expectations, it can be exchanged or returned. To do this, you must send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating the order number and the products you wish to exchange/return.
Some conditions apply to returns and/or exchanges:
– The items to be exchanged must be reported as return within 7 working days after receipt at the delivery address via email@example.com.
– The items to be exchanged must still be in their original state of shipment, have labels attached and be returned in the original (sealed) packaging.
– Only the t-shirts can be exchanged for a different size.
The Products that have been reported for return must be returned to us immediately, but no later than 7 working days after receipt of the order at the delivery address. The seller only accepts returns that have been registered in the manner described above and for which the instructions indicated at registration have been followed. Returns that have not been registered or have not been registered within the specified time will not be accepted.
Your return will be confirmed by e-mail after registration and after receipt of the item(s).
It is possible that you are not satisfied with a product that you have purchased from the Seller. Please contact us as soon as possible. We invite you to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. The postage costs for returning an item with a complaint are initially borne by the customer. These costs will be credited if the complaint is upheld.
Force of the majority
In the event of force majeure, the Seller has the right, at its own discretion, to suspend the execution of a Buyer’s order, or to dissolve the agreement without judicial intervention, by notifying the Buyer of this in writing and without The seller is obliged to pay any compensation, unless this would be unacceptable in the given circumstances according to standards of reasonableness and fairness.
